4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file claims.

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur reshipping fees.
